High Performance Players Course

The High Performance Players Course is our most intensive players course – designed to fast-track the development process, producing exponential gains in self-management and performance that will ultimately provide participants with the best possible chance of achieving a professional career in rugby.

For players aged 18 years and over, the High Performance programme simulates the professional rugby environment, demanding participants to perform and manage themselves at a level that is expected in the professional game today.

Advanced Players Course

Intensive player development in the mid-late teen years is crucial for those rugby players seeking the path to professional rugby.  Professional contracts are sometimes secured as early as 18-19 years of age.  The Advanced Players Course was designed to fast-track development as players make the transition to senior rugby.

Typically for players aged 16-18 years-old, the Advanced programme provides players an insight to the levels expected in a professional rugby environment – with the objective of embedding positive training and self-management habits that will ultimately steer players on the path to professional rugby.
