I would like to thank all the coaches, organisers, suppliers of the clothes and also the hostel where we stayed for an awesome experience.  The moment I heard about this opportunity to be part of this week, one of my dreams came true.  Rugby is a big part of my life, dreams and growth in my personal development.  I always hope to learn more and get more experience and this week gave me the ultimate opportunity.  During the week it was tough and as the week went by, the feeling of fulfilment and thankfulness filled my heart.  The training was professional, I learn a lot, the way everything was handled as great and my thought was that hard work is the best if one like to make a rugby career and that is my dream, with my skills, hard work and good coaches I can be one of the best in the world.  This week was a big step in my rugby career.  Most of the guys think that to be best is easy, but I know one must give his best and that will sty in my heart.  The Investec International Rugby Academy gives back to our young guys and I am very thankful.  The guys from our school also give back our experience to our fellow teammates and there is growth in our team.  Thank you for supporting and letting me live my rugby dream this was just a small beginning and a lot of hard work is in the future but I am ready.

Rugby regards, may this training of this Academy go from strength to strength.  Be Blessed. Irne Herbst, Waterkloof High School, Gauteng
