Crusaders to beat Hurricanes is my pick.

As a passionate Wellingtonian, this is a hard thing to acknowledge & I hope I am wrong! However, my objective view is based on the likelihood that the Crusader forwards will provide more quality ball from which to attack.

In addition, there will be less loose ball & counter attack opportunities where the Hurricanes thrive and excite more than any other Super Team. They are a high risk team possessing high level skill execution!

The Crusaders have more “team” than they have had for a number of years, giving their attack more shape & ability to finish. They are growing steadily as this competition evolves.

Both teams are well below strength but today, more than ever, New Zealand teams have a habit of performing at a high level, irrespective of personnel.

Go the Canes.
